Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and HireReady ("we", "us", "our"), the legal business entity operating the service at app.hireready.ai. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service scope
HireReady provides an AI-assisted structured interview workspace for hiring teams. It is a software-only platform. No human-driven services (recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, or hiring decisions) are performed by HireReady on your behalf. All final hiring decisions are made by you. HireReady is not an ATS, sourcing platform, or autonomous hiring decision system.
Accounts, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans are processed by Paddle, our merchant-of-record payment provider. Subscription renewals, taxes, and billing operations for paid plans are handled through Paddle. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and for all charges incurred under your account.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully. Hiring teams are responsible for lawful candidate communications, fair evaluation practices, and final hiring decisions. You must review and validate AI-generated outputs before use. Do not misuse candidate data or the platform for purposes outside structured hiring workflows.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any required notices, consents, and legal authorizations from candidates or users whose data you submit to the service. You represent that you have the rights to provide submitted content and that your use of HireReady complies with applicable employment and privacy laws.
No guarantee
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. You rely on the service at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms, abuse, or at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.
Intellectual property and content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to HireReady, including role descriptions, candidate data, and reviewer notes. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service. AI-generated outputs (summaries, follow-up questions, debrief drafts, interview kits) are provided for your use and may be edited, copied, or deleted at your discretion. HireReady and its logo, design, and underlying software remain our intellectual property.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico City, Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
